Tomato Chutney

It was one of our special side dish for Idli & Dosa....Those who taste this tomato chutney they ll love it forever...

Ingredients

2 Tomatos
15 Small Onions
3 Garlic
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Turmeric
½ tsp Red chilli
1 tsp mustard seeds

4 nos Curry leaves
2 tsp Oil

Instructions
---------------




1.
Using blender make a thick puree of Tomatoes.
Finely chop the onions & garlic.




2. Heat oil in a kadai and fry with mustard seeds, curry leaves. Fry onions, garlic, red chilli, turmeric & salt for about 2 min and then add the tomato purees to it and make them to cook for about 3 mins until the puree get thicken.





3. Garnish with fresh coriander
leaves before serving.

hey i too know this and it will be really fantastic taste when we have with idli's.Anyway the way u have put up one by one is very cear and good.
