Ingredients

1 mango
2 tsp Red chilli
1 ½ tsp Salt
¼ tsp Asafoetida
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp oil
Instructions

Cut the Mango into small pieces. In a kadaai heat one tsp of oil, add mustard seeds and fry them. Add the mango pieces to the kadaai and fry them for about 6-8 min. Add the red chilli powder, salt & Asafoetida to it and fry them for about 10 min. If u want u can also smash the mango according to ur taste. It ll taste more good when they are fully smashed. Store in refrigerator for itz long life.
