Aloo Mutter


This is a wonderful dish which is very easy to make. It also makes our dinner very great with Roti or Parathas. Aloo mutter can be prepared within 7-9 mins.

Ingredients

2 Potatos
1 cup of green peas
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
½ tsp Red chilli
1 tsp mustard seeds

4 nos Curry leaves
2 tsp Oil
¼ tsp Dry Mango powder

Instructions
---------------


1. To the two cup of water add finely chopped potatos, peas, salt,turmeric powder, red chilli powder & coriander powder to a pressure cooker and make them to cook for two - three vissils .




2. In the pressure cooker itself mash the large size potatos to make it as thick as needed. Add dry mango powder to it and also fry the mustard seed, curry leaves and add to it.
